Vegetarians or people involved in hard physical work usually feel for nuts which contain many proteins, fats, vitamins of group B. if you are crazy after salty nuts, then your organism needs sodium, and not nuts actually.

If you eat a lot of butter, margarine, fat (saturated fats comprar viagra generica), you will love apples. Apples are rich in pectin, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, calcium. Pectin reduces the excess of bad cholesterol in the blood.

If you have a bad mood, apathy, depression or neurasthenia, you will adore chocolate. It contains caffeine, glucose, fats, which stimulate brain and help to produce endorphins.

It should be noted, however, that one should watch their diet and avoid overeating. The organism will only take as much as it needs, and store all the rest, which may lead to overweight and new diseases.

Olive oil is better than dieting

According to the specialists of the municipal Institute of medical research in Barcelona, consumption of virgin olive oil or nuts is much more useful for people with cardiovascular diseases than a low-calorie diet.

The experiments involved 372 people of 55 - 80 years with symptoms of cardiovascular diseases. They were divided into three groups. The first and second groups were given meals of Mediterranean cuisine with an emphasis on olive oil (first group), almonds and hazelnuts (second group). Representatives of the third group had to keep a standard low-calorie diet. After three months the results were compared.

“The levels of the so-called bad cholesterol reduced among the members of the first and second groups. The process was more significant among them than in the third group, explained Dr. Montserrat Fito. According to her, it is all about the oxidation of lipids, which leads to changes in the formation of lipoproteins, which, in its turn, contributes to the formation of atherosclerosis plaques and narrowing blood vessels. Components of olive oil and nuts slow down the process of oxidation and thus protect human organism from the threat of atherosclerosis.

Dr. Fito drew the attention to the fact that extra virgin olive oil is much more useful than all other types of this oil. Its consumption together with vegetables, fruit and nuts is sufficient to protect heart.
